My Halloween Parade

After dressing like Harry Potter (I'm 28) and partaking in the one million strong Halloween Parade, I ended up at a party on a terrace right above the end of the parade. You can imagine what I saw looking at the parade below - but you can't imagine whose terrace I was standing on.
