Jake's Dilemma
Jake’s Dilemma has the reputation for being one of the most frat-tastic bars on the Uppper West Side. The patrons who frequent Jake’s Dilemma are mostly recent college graduates who have trouble letting go of their glory days when they made some Freshman eat a tub of lard out of a ditch while pouring Jell-O shots all over their bodies and simultaneously shot-gunning cans of Miller High Life. It is safe to say that the patrons of the bar do not frequent the establishment to discuss the vicissitudes of life as explained through Oprah’s last book club book. No! These people stroll into Jake’s in order to get tossed up. The bar boasts a large selection of beers on tap, including their very own microbrew. Each night there is a different drink special with an excellent happy hour deal. For entertainment, there is a Beirut table in the back, as well as darts and billiards. For these reasons, many people are happy to relive their college glory days at Jake’s Dilemma.
